LORNE & EILEA is operated by Firmbold LLC, a U.S.-registered company. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Firmbold LLC. These terms apply when you browse the website, create an account or place an order.
Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery, Returns, Refunds & Cancellations and Privacy Policy. Those pages form part of the terms that apply to a purchase.
Using the store
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract. You agree to provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, review the order before submission and protect any account credentials. The website may not be used for fraud, infringement, unauthorized access, interference with security or other unlawful activity.
Products and descriptions
We sell made-to-order sleepwear and loungewear. Product pages identify the design, material, available sizes, features and price. Review the measurements and product details before purchasing. Screen settings can affect color, and print placement can vary slightly between production runs. These natural presentation differences do not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Availability may change. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it. Any product-specific limitation that materially affects a purchase will be shown before the order is submitted.
Prices, currency and promotions
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Any tax collected by the store and any applicable charge are shown before an order is submitted. We may change future prices, offers or product availability at any time, but we do not increase the confirmed price of an accepted order without your agreement.
Promotional codes may have stated eligibility, duration and use limits. A code has no cash value and cannot be combined with another offer unless the offer says otherwise.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has entered processing. Payment must be authorised using a method displayed at checkout. We may request reasonable information needed to verify an order and protect customers and the store against fraud. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes by email.
We may decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, failed or unauthorized payment, suspected fraud, unavailable item, quantity intended for unauthorized resale or an address we cannot serve. If payment was collected for a canceled item, the amount due will be returned to the original payment method.
Production, shipping and delivery
Each set is made to order. Current destinations, production time, delivery estimates, tracking and delay procedures are stated in our Shipping & Delivery policy. We remain the customer’s point of contact when a production, fulfillment or delivery provider assists with an order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy explains the 30-day voluntary return window, item conditions, customer-paid return shipping for preference or size, the 7-day reporting period for damaged or incorrect items, the 2-hour change request window and refund timing. The policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts, reviews and submitted content
If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping login details secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Any review or other content submitted must be honest, lawful and owned or authorized by the person submitting it. We may moderate content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, irrelevant or infringes another person’s rights.
Website content and intellectual property
The store’s branding, original designs, text, photography, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. Access does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit protected material without authorization.
Third-party services and site availability
Hosting, payments, fulfillment, communications and delivery may involve independent service providers. Their involvement does not remove our responsibility to address the order with you. We may maintain, update or temporarily restrict parts of the website for security or operational reasons and do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Firmbold LLC is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not reasonably contemplated when an order was accepted. You remain responsible for losses caused by unlawful misuse of the website or breach of these terms.
Changes, severability and no waiver
We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Revisions apply from the time they are posted and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The terms displayed when an order is placed govern that purchase.
If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
