Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Firmbold LLC operates LORNE & EILEA and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This page explains what information the store handles, why it is used, when it is shared and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us, create an account, place an order, request a return or submit a review. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery details, ordered items, account information, transaction status and customer-service messages.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords or card security codes to customer support.

Information collected through the website

Use of the website can generate technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, access times, pages viewed, referring pages, cookie identifiers, session activity and security logs. Cart and checkout information may be processed to maintain your session, remember selections and operate the store.

How we use information

We use relevant information to process orders and payments, arrange made-to-order production and delivery, provide tracking, answer questions, manage accounts, handle returns and refunds, communicate about a purchase, secure the website, prevent fraud, diagnose errors, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal duty, pursue a permitted legitimate interest such as security and service administration, or act on consent. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing where it is the applicable basis.

Payments

Payment details are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout. We receive the transaction information needed to confirm payment status, manage an order and issue a refund, but we do not receive your full card number. The payment provider applies its own privacy and security terms to the information it processes.

Service providers and disclosures

We share only the information reasonably needed with providers that support hosting, website operation, payments, made-to-order fulfillment, delivery, email and customer service. For example, a fulfillment or delivery provider may receive the recipient name, delivery address, contact details and ordered items needed to prepare and deliver the purchase.

We may also disclose information where legally required, to respond to a valid legal request, protect lawful rights, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a lawful business transfer. We do not authorise service providers to use customer information for unrelated purposes.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies and local storage support login sessions, accounts, carts, checkout, security, fraud prevention and preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary technologies may prevent parts of the store from working. Optional analytics or advertising technologies that require consent will be subject to the notice and choice presented when they are enabled.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside your state, province or country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use the contractual, organizational or legal measures available for that service.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, customer support, transaction records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal, accounting or tax obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No website, transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. We may ask for reasonable information to verify identity or an authorised representative before completing a request.

Some records may be retained where needed to complete a transaction, meet a legal obligation, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute. If a request cannot be completed, we will explain the reason where required. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

The store and purchasing process are intended for adults. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the matter and take the steps required by applicable law.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the store, service providers, technology or legal requirements. The revised version is effective when posted and the date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or request consent when required by applicable law.
